| You Shouldn't Be A Vegan, Because You Don't Get Enough Iron Or Protein In Your Diet |
| I think to be healthy, we need a balanced diet which includes meat, vegetable, rice and fruit. Its not healthy to be vegetarian, especially vegan. |

Most vegetarians and vegans don't get sick or die from not eating meats or other proteins, most get
sick from their own toxins they have accumulated by eating and putting improper stuff (foods and
medications) over their life. Arnold Ehret at1900 eat only fruits and a few herbs and was so healthy
doctors at the time said he should NEVER die. Funny, he tripped on a curb and broke his head open
and died. |

Being a vegetarian is not just about the dearth of necessary nutrients that your body needs to
survive on. As a matter of fact, being a vegetarian, on a collective front, is about contributions
towards disrupting the food chain. As it is, if everyone started being a vegetarian, then the
number of animals on the planet would outgrow the number of humans. It is a personal choice but
what matters more than personal preferences is the overall functioning mechanism of the ecosystem. |

I've been vegan for 20 years, before that vegetarian for 18 years. I haven't had more than 2 days
off work in the last 3 years and haven't even bothered to register with a GP as I don't get sick. I
play tennis 2 or 3 times a week and cycle to work every day. I just got back from a great 8 days'
skiing holiday. But maybe I shouldn't be alive?
I never take pill supplements either (or generally any kind of medicine).
And what about arguably one of the greatest athletes of all time, Carl Lewis, being vegan? |
