I'll agree with us loving God unconditionally IF like any good parent God loves us unconditionally
back. |

It quite interesting actually dove lady. If you stand on the banks of the river Nile, over in
'Luxor', look across towards the 'Valley of the Kings', and watch the sun set, you will discern
where the Egyptians got the idea of an afterlife. They believed the sun disappeared deep into the
ground, behind the Valley. That is why they burried their Kings deep into the ground, with explicit
details, depicting their King's journey towards the afterlife, where they would then be gathered up
by the sun as it travelled through the darkness, and would be born brand new in the sun, and taken
up to the stars the next morning, at sun rise. The sun Ra, was the giver of life! |

Huh? You best believe there is an afterlife, love! I bet the main prize in heaven isn't riches or
any other thing we love to fathom. But perhaps the main prize is a direct connection to God's love?
So if you love God, the feeling is mutual and enables you and God to have a relationship in
heaven.
Tinseldove. I was a teacher's aide one year during a 'woman of god class'. It does sound like a
fairy tale doesn't it? I thought that back then. The women adored it. Men are princes. And women are
princesses. It's a radical fairy tale and that is why chivalry is important. We are protecting the
ladies. Not because ladies are weak, but because it's our duty. Women can be strong too, as well as
men be sensitive.
It's just we are princes. And you are a princess.
'm going to stop... I feel soppy and weird and ugh.... Sensitive. |

When Jesus said that the main commandment was to love God, it was in response to a trick question
regarding what was the worst "sin". The commandment to love God was given as the way to treat people
nice as opposed to not doing "bad" things. It was followed by, Love thy neighbor as thyself and the
second is like unto the first.
There is no way to love something unless you love it. Anything else is pretend. It doesn't matter
what the reason for pretense is. |

Not if this God doesn't feel the same. I.e., if you don't worship him 24/7 you must burn in hell.
You can't get any better unconditional love from a parent than that. :\ |
