And the essences of flowers are wonderful for flavorings, too. My church uses orange flower water
and rose water to flavor communion bread. I once had a rose petal sundae in a Mideast restaurant
near my home. It was made with rose water-flavored ice cream, sugared rose petals and jam made from
rose petals. I have never tasted anything so divine. If you have never tasted rose water for
cooking, you do not know what you are missing.
