Women Should Not Have Careers, They Are Biologically Homemakers And Child Rearers.
Biologically women are built to have babies, it is their anatomical and biological destiny. I think it's easier if they just settle down and take care of the family and the kids, is that not a fulfilling experience? Raising fine children?

Absolutely! Then, because they will require sustenance and shelter, they must depend on a man to help rear children he may suspect are not his. So he'll have to be sure she's kept under secure supervision, and with no resources of her own, she'll have to obey his every whim.

Oh, I miss the good ol' days. There just aren't enough slaves, servants, and toadies anymore for regular folk.

Of course I am just what you call a moron, but I love children and when I am madly in love with a man, I make a wonderful mate. Fate was angry and Destiny hated me, and...I was not given the pure pleasure of being a true maker -of-the-home.

Which is kind of sad in some divorced-way....from my true self.

I feel that women today deny this urge to enjoy taking care of the ones they love most. It is very hard for us to deny this deep urge and desire. I find that to pleasure a real lover and mate is the most fantastic urge on earth, and to cook for him would be paradise: What you create goes into his body nourishes his cells and it is erotic to cook food that nourishes a man and live with him, caress his back rub his back when he needs it is enjoyment. This is LIFE itself! Who said we as women must deny our DEEPEST WISHES and not just wholeheartedly love this wonderful creature the way we want to! WHY??

What is SO HORRIBLE about wanting a family to care for and nurture?? Why is that so bad nowadays??

When I was in kindergarten, 4 years old, my teacher asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. Without hesitation, i told her looked her in the eye and I remember this conversation even to this day:

"I JUST WANNA BE A MOTHER, AND TAKE CARE OF MY CHILDREN".

At 4 years old, I knew something many women of today do not allow themselves to know. A family, is everything: Its the whole ballgame.

And I have no apologies to make of it.

That is the way I felt at 4, and that is the way I feel now.
It's Natural to want what you want, feel what you feel!
Value what and whom you value! Do not apologize for Love. Never!

I think, as you have mentioned, as "un-PC" as it sounds, women for the most part are natural homemakers and should think about that first being diving into a career that is going to drain every ounce of being out of them.

A lot of women (and their partners) decide they want to have a family, but a lot the time it is sort of a "yeah, I'll fit in a baby when I'm 28 and then get straight back into work after that". I don't think that that is the attitude you should have when creating a family of your own. It shouldn't be a side project that comes second to your "real life" that is your career.

Granted, there are a lot of financial demands on young couples these days, but I think also people try to live above their means, and aren't realistic on what they need in life. As we all know, needs and wants are totally different things. I think along the way somewhere, that line has become blurred for a lot of people.

Again, it might sound sexist, but women are made to raise children. There is no one on the planet like my Mum and I know that her staying at home with my siblings and myself has made me a respectable member of society today. She taught me morals, values, right from wrong, manners, how to treat people - all of which I am so thankful for today.

I know I had friends at school that didn't have their Mum's around a whole lot and one of them is even in prison now. I'm not saying she is solely to blame, but I can't help but think she could of at least made a difference in his life.

Not belittling fathers, but sometimes I think they are seen as more of an intimidator, and that does serve its purpose, but mothers on the other hand are someone who cares for you in a different way.

Who knows, if we dropped the whole political correctness and equal rights thing and made it compulsory for mothers to stay at home (never going to happen, I know), the world may be a safer and better place to live?

It's clear to me that women should not become career oriented. At least, not after they are thirty or so. It is obvious that once they get to a certain age, they are no longer young enough to care for a child. It would be better if women stayed at home and were homemakers and reared the children, allowing the men to go out to work and earn the money the family lives on for the month.

Now, I appreciate that it is not very 'modern' to think of this, but women are biologically built for having children and most are predisposed towards child rearing. There is nothing bad or wrong with choosing to rear children rather than going out and getting a career. Why not simply bring up wonderful children, imparting your values, using your creativity to make wonderful young people turn into wonderful young adults.

It simply is senseless to continue to send women out in the workforce, it has been the destruction of the family unit. If mum is out at work too, who do the children come home to? Gran? Well, she will do a good job, but it's not the same as being reared by the person who gave birth to you. With mothers at home to feed and play with the children, they don't go out getting ASBOS or terrifying old people or animals.

Women should not try to be 'equal' to men because equal is like a compromise. It favours no one. Instead, be different from men, as men are from women. Women have many fine qualities, but why would anyone want to be equal. That's insane, I want to be as different from the next person as possible. Instead, focus on the areas that you were meant for.

well if mums at work, then maybe the kids can come home to...ummm...i don't know...maybe DAD! "All men are created equal" = women are men too...its in the name woMEN! women do just as much, if not more, as men...the way i see it men are really only there for getting his wife pregnant....woman cleans, cooks, takes care of kids...so i think that if a woman decides that she wants to work, then why shouldn't she be able to?

What in the world were you thinking when you started this seriously you can't be this pathetically and socially retarded. How offensive. A stay at home parent can be beneficial to some families but why does it have to be the woman?
Good luck finding anyone to put up with your proposal of knowing what a person "fulfilling experience" may be. How crude of you to think you know that this is a fact.

Women in history worked very hard for the rights that we have today......women have just as much right to work as any man. They have the right to chose any job they want. Egotistical men may want to take those rights away form us....but news flash it is not happening. All women are not inferior, just as all men are not stupid dogs!!

It is not he women's job to stay home and cook, clean and take care of the kids that is just what guys think cause they are too lazy to do anything. Women are just as good at the jobs they do if not better a relationship is supposed to be 50/50 but if the guy is working and the girl is staying home how is that 50/50 its not they both should be doing the same amount of work

Women have been equivalent to the sex which you are deeming as superior in this country fully since the 50's or 60's and partially since the 40's. How can you have the right to say just because someone is a woman that all she should do is stay home and look after kids. Its a very sexist and racist attitude towards a sex you could not live without after all it was a woman who gave birth to you. So really you shouldnt be so sexist. Anyway women prove to be great employees in many areas including health, beauty, administration, social care and education. For one thing women have had to work for where they are campaigning for years for their rights just to be equal to men who were and some still are increasingly sexist, un empathetic and selfish. Some men only really wish to be superior and manipulative seeing women as a possesion rather than human beings.

So when the husband dies..runs off with another...beats the wife...etc.... The wife should go on welfare..no every woman should have the ability to support herself and her family, if she works or not. I work because I have to. It was either leave and go to work, or stay and get killed.

That's is the most offensive comment I have ever heard! How dare you insult women. We were all born equal. Women haven't been treated equally since the beginning of time and have fought for their freedom and rights as long as history goes back.
We carry children and give birth and on top of it you ask we be have to be subject to them and to our husband??? We care for our families and are willing to do anything for them but asking us to give up our lives for them?? How dare you degrade women you sexist pig. I'm sorry to say you are terribly outdated. You wanted to have mother who stayed at home? You should have been born centuries ago.

Destiny? Ha! There's no such thing as group destinies. We all form our own paths.

By that idiotic "argument", that women are only good for child rearing, men should go back to being subservient to women as they are in most species. In most of the animal world, females take care of the young AND rule the social hierarchy.

It sounds more like Sputterin76 can't get a woman, not even by raping one, and desperately needs to force women to obey him.

I'm not going to lie, I think women are considerably better at raising children. Even the legal system agrees. I'd rather see a woman at home with her children as opposed to working and sending their children to daycare, but to each her own.

I kinda, on a small part, agree with you up to a point. I believe that women should be allowed jobs, until they have children. I say that because i personally believe that they should stay and raise the kids while the husband is off working so that they can afford to raise the kid. After the child reaches a certain age the wife should be allowed to work again. These time are completely different than that of 150yrs ago. Those days the women had to stay at home, but like i said, times are different

Yes, the times are very different. I would agree partially with you, except for the fact that nowadays, many women do not have the father of their children in their lives. This makes it difficult to just take time off from work. Which is why there is maternity leave... then daycare.

Then why does the female lion do the hunting? Why does the female spider eat the male? The male doesn't bring home the meat the female does. The difference between animals and humans though, which are just another species of animals, is that humans have the ability to experience emotion. Its difficult to compare humans to most animals as they are to different. A female human may feel ambition and hope. A female bug may feel instinct screaming SURVIVE AND SPREAD SURVIVE AND SPREAD...

What a caveman proposition!!!

1) Body type does not dictate our purpose in life. We have free choice, intelligence, and many diverse skills apart from our biology. We're not just here to breed. 2) Many women are more athletic and physically capable than many men. In fact we have an epidemic of fat lazy men in this world. What's biology's purpose for them, because it clearly isn't to hunt or protect. 3) Society has failed to continue to give women the option of staying home with babies because finances are so screwed up families cannot make it unless women also have careers. 4) Men are failing to live up to their responsibilities toward offspring by become dead beat dads and leaving single moms to raise kids. Denying a single mom a career would be utter devastation (and stupidity).

Sitting at home all day in a house with children and children conversations and the tweenies theme tune ringing in my ears doesn't appeal to me... I think a working atmosphere is important to a women..bringing up children is just as important too.. But it should be something that is balanced.... Not all about work but not all about the children.

any male PARTNER is really a Partner, will understand this and give you time away a bit to be alone or go out with him on the town....if he is not sensitive to your needs why did you choose HIM to BE the partner??

don't blame men because you did not choose your man wisely or love him in the first place!

Its easy to pass the buck.

Don't marry the guy if if he doesn't love you!
Any man who loves you will see you get a well-rounded socially-related life not just the kids not just him but it may be you could ALL take up a hobby like snow-boarding all of you together! be family having real FUN all of you! Would that not be the best thing?
