Maybe fewer women are assaulted because their common sense fear of being attacked keeps them from
getting into the stupid situations men get into. And that is significant, considering there are
more women then men.

Gone are those days when the women are only taken as a homely life and the men are only to go abroad
to earn the livelihood. In today’s world women are running in an almost same track with the men.
Starting from the field of sports, media, corporate –women are no longer said to be long back from
the men. And eventually the day has come when the reports say that the men are getting assaulted
much more than that of women are getting. Women are always getting feared for being attacked and
shout for the security, but today’s world gives much more threats to the men. There are lots of
reports shows that the today’s men are not secured fully in some cases of getting assaulted. The
gender difference has gone and men are getting assaulted mentally as well as physically on a regular
basis. |

The government should be giving the public the true story and not using crime in their battle
against the Conservatives.
The fear of going out alone, especially at night time is very real amongst women.
Without knowing the actual figures, the truth is that in reality more men than women are subjected
to assaults and violent attacks.
No-one should have to live n a society where these rising statistics are allowed.
The truth is that most people are safe and that for example in the C19 violent crime was more
prevalent than it is now.
However the government must report the true story on crime and act on the alarming statistics to
make everyone more safe.
Statistics and facts should not be repressed for political gain. |

Crime rates with specific classifying details should be reported to the general public. Among other
reasons the government hides these crime rates to curb the fear of lawlessness which often results
into panic. The government needs to realize that the public will only be better prepared if they
knew how bad the situation actually is.
We have a right to self protection which is being usurped by the government and false statistic
reporting. |

I am not sure of the exact statistics on men and women getting attacked, but no matter if you are a
man or a woman, getting attacked is something that is scary. No one has a right to be attacked and
just because a man gets attacked does not mean that it was not something scary for him. I agree
that the government does have a responsibility to report the crime statistics not only for men and
women, but also for races, ages, and cultures. The pubic as a right to know what is occurring in
their community and around the world. If more people were aware of the true crime rates and
statistics, then maybe more things could be created and done to try to prevent it. Being attacked is
something that is scary for everyone and everyone has a right to know who is getting attacked
regardless of if you are a man or a woman. |
