Women Are Equal With Men!
Women have been push out of sports jobs and politics women should have the right to do what ever a man does if they wont to marry a woman play pro sports with guys or dress like a guy they should for it is freedom of rights and justice to me will be served!

I've no problem with this. If someone can do the job then they should be fairly considered for the position.

Yes, women do tend to be better at certain jobs, and men tend to be better at others, but there're always exceptions.

Some women are very strong. Some men are very good with children.

They're equal.

I agree with ambercol. Of course women are equal. We have the Equal Pay Act 1970, Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and The Equality Act 2006 to support this.

I am without a doubt behind this but I don't think its a good idea for a debate. I mean there may be one or two acceptions but even if someone disagrees with you they're probably not going to say it because they want to be politically correct.

For it ....... Within reason!

Of course women should have access to the same jobs and rights as men. But occasionally there are jobs that women may not be suited to (such as; where heavy lifting is required), and equally that men may not be suited to (such as; teaching or taking care of very young children).

That said, if a person is qualified enough for a certain job, they should be seriously considered, regardless of the sex.

If your talking about pay, dress, choice about relationships and all I totally agree with you. But there are SOME jobs a woman doesn't belong in (mostly)There are always exceptions. The work I used to do was so heavy I had to pick up 40,000 lbs a day 100 lbs at a time. And I'm not a very big guy, other in that work did way more. 40k lbs that's equal to 20 mid sized cars, want the job? A very good friend of mine tried to sue her way into being a fireman and almost got it. Except she couldn't do one simple thing, put the ladder on the truck. She weighted 100 lbs and only had one arm......... Would you want her coming in to drag you out of a raging fire?
