Wolves are a part of the balance of nature and should be treated as such. If wolves steal domestic
animals for food, it simply means that they have been pushed to their limit.
If wolves are killed simply because humans believe they are a nuisance, it isn't right! If the
predator population drops and the herbivore population rises too much the balance of nature won't be
the same and we will have more problems than we did before. |

They are a part of the balance of nature. If they are causing trouble to humans, then it's alright
to kill them. BUT if we kill them for no good reason, then it's bad.
But it is a cold hard fact that they are needed in nature to balance everything out. |

It is unconscionable that wolves have been delisted as endangered in the U.S.
If there was ever a blatant example of special interests -- in this case, Rockies ranchers with huge
spreads -- pressuring politician to knuckle under, this is one of them.
Any biologist will tell you that the number of calves and lambs taken by wolves is miniscule, if --
and this is a huge “if” -- their natural prey hasn’t been decimated. Due to urbanization of
the Upper Rockies, wolves have been pushed to the extreme as deer and other prey disappear.
Historically, there have been virtually no instances worldwide of wolves attacking humans. The whole
werewolf legend is just that -- wolves would only attack a child if pressed to extreme hunger, and
they certainly do not have supernatural powers!
No, in my book, cattle should be outlawed in the West, not wolves and equally set-upon coyotes. |

I agree, but God did make animals for us to eat, and to keep us company.
Killing them only for their furs is wrong.
If you kill one, you better be eating them, too. |
