Yes.
We should walk.
And we do walk.
I walk to get up and clean my teeth, have breakfast, go upstairs again and get changed, go to
school, walk around to get to classes, ect.ect. |

Your right puppy45 but some over weight people may need to use a car or something! Also the old
people (89 or older) might need to have a car also!
:) Good Job! |

I haven't even used the car for anything other than shopping of business. It would be difficult to
do either well without. But as far as using the car as a means of getting somewhere one could have
just as easily walked, I do agree.;-) |

I'm not saying everyone should walk and all the time and every place... BUT, the vast majority of
people can and should walk far more often than they actually do. It's not only good for your health
but it would have a tremendous environmental impact too. |

We should run. Run till our lungs explode, run till our legs go numb, run till we are out of sight,
run till we are out of breath, run through our troubles and run through our worries, run through the
winds and the storms, run through the past and through the future, just run and never look back. |

Sometimes we should. Like if you live behind the grocery store, like me, don't drive there; walk.
But if you have to get to the other side of town and it's below 0 and raining, don't even think
about it. Walking's not the only way to exercise. |

You must live in a warm climate. It is 25 degrees here and raining ice. Sorry, not walking the 28
miles it takes me to get to the nearest store. If you live in a warm climate, have more time and
live/work in the city it's a fantastic idea. |

What about when cars break down or get stuck in the snow. We get to push them. This is very good
exercise. |
