People Shouldn't Label People When They Don't Know Each Other.
It's actually really getting to me that 4 people have hinted that i am thick they don't know me so why label me it. People are too quick to label people nowadays
People do tend to label others before knowing them. This is really common in school and it is very
sad that people do this. It decreases your self esteem. No one is perfect, people need to realize
this and leave others alone. Once you are out of school, you really don't have to deal with that
much. It just stinks that the supposed "best" years of your life you have to deal with being
labeled. I wouldn't let it bother you too much though. Whoever is labeling is insecure and needs to
point out others flaws to make them feel better.
When you say "label" you appear to mean people make some sort of opinion about you. What is it with
this labelling thing that some people consider to be such a major crime. It is mearly people being
observant. It happens 100 times a day from each and everyone one of us, including you.
It is human nature, we feel the need to label others so we know our place in the higharchy. Take
solice in the fact that the people that call you "thick" are the very same ones who fear their own
stupidity.
You dress yourself as how you want to, its your personality, thus that is how most opinions of your
are made, if you dress with your underwear on your head then you would be thought of as silly or
dumb XD
What does it matter there's no right and wrong in the world. If i label you as a thick headed idiot
does that make you one? Yes relevant to me it makes u a idiot but relevant to yourself its your own
opinion of what you are. Don't let people get to you i give off the show off a intimidating jerk but
i think I'm a philosophising jerk. So basically in our opinions together I'm a jerk what ever way we
go. It doesn't matter what we should do it matters what we do and if they decide to label you either
prove them wrong or deal with it. Everything is relevantive nothing is fact.
After cogitating deeply, I must disagree on the idea that labelling on first impressions, based on
past experience, is inevitable in certain situations. However, to act upon those labels before a
fair impression is obtained should be avoided at all costs.
you are right. Just as gogo says before, there is nothing wrong with labelling (or in English; forming an opinion) as long as your are prepared to reassess when more evidence comes to hand.
