| We Should Go Back To The Hammurabi Code For Our Laws. |
| Seriously that is such a better form of rules then anything we have. For example under our laws, people choose if someone dies and one doesn't. Lets say that in 2 different states, 2 people commit the same crime, and that is murder. In one they are put to death and in the other they get off scott free because the "chain of evidence" was broken or something wasn't done right and the evidence shows that they did it. How is that just?? Under hammurabi, if they killed someone they were killed. Just. |
