I believe that we should revamp the tax system in the US and the only way to make it fair would be
to cut income tax and raise the sales tax. So much money on illegal activities that passes around at
least then it would generate more money. Lets say we cut the income tax by 8% and raise the sales
tax by only 4% we a government body would still raise a heck of a lot more money and that would be
more fair to everyone, in my opinion of course. |

You should pay based on the service you receive from the government.
Rich people don't pay any more than poor people pay for a subscription to the exact same magazine.
Why should they pay more for the same law enforcement, the same public roads, etc.?
Someone needs to set up a country with a subscription-based government where you pay a flat fee and
that entitles you to a month or a year or whatever of citizenship. |
