Wal-mart will always have afforable knock offs. I have no problem with Wal-mart clothes or Wal-mart
wear. I think as long as you have clothes that fit and are clean and in good condition that is more
important that what name is on it.
If you can afford and like certain brands, sure that is great. As long as you are not being cruel
to those that don't wear that lable, you are not hurting anyone.
One should not feel bad if they are not in designer things. I have seen many a nicely dressed
person carry off the inexpensive with class and style. I have seen those that look silly in
designer clothes becasue they are just wearing the lable and not the cut, fit, color or style that
looks the best on them or things that even match in any way except the tags.
One can have an excellent sense of style on any budget and one can look trashy on any budget as
well. |

Sorry, but I can afford cool clothes. It's just for the people that can't. |

NO WAY!!!!! If you can't afford it and "feel left out" basically your jealous. But you don't have
to be so don't, or save up to get a designer bag (if you can) that will match a lot, so you don't
feel as left out at least. |

Designers do not usually market their clothing lines in cheaper retailers. Ever see couture in even
the better department stores? No....You won't either. As far as brand name goes, if you can't
afford it, buy the thing that looks like brand name. Abercrombie and Fitch isn't going to put their
clothes in Walmart so the world can wear their clothes. I would be angry. I spend a fortune to
wear their stuff. I don't wanna see $100.00 and higher jeans that I paid the higher price for
selling at Walmart for $10.00. They would lose every customer. Big business doesn't work that way
dear. If you have it, buy it. If not, do your best to fake it. But don't buy fake labels....it is
the same as stealing music. Designers do not deserve to be ripped off any more than any recording
artist does. Also, I have never bought clothes at Walmart....hope I never will, so I would miss out
terribly if that were to happen. Call me a snob...I am one. I pay top dollar for almost everything
I own. I don't even use cosmetics that aren't labeled with a good name...who knows who might peek
in my bathroom. Don't ruin it for those of us who like the genuine good stuff. To sell the stuff
at Walmart, they would have to sacrifice quality and I pay for quality. |
