It should be but it isn't.
My life will not change, whoever is in the big seat. I will accept my position in the game. I will
go to the ballot box. I will pretend that idealism runs the world, not pragmatism. I will moan at
whoever wins. Big up whoever loses. I will smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol to relieve the tedium. I
will live in a world where my companies value can lose millions in a flash on the market, yet I
struggle for an extra 50p. I will attempt to justify this democracy, this world. I will argue that
there are worse systems. I will point out the Nazis. I will justify that men died for that vote.
Women died for that vote. It is such a precious commodity. And yet so worthless. So meaningless, in
a pragmatic world. |

Depends on how many rights get to be included in this group of "most important rights".
Voting is an important right, but not as important as the rights to life, liberty, ownership of
property, and pursuit of happiness, so if you were to only include 4 rights as the "most important
ones" then no. But if you included more then it could be. |

Voting is as important as me wiping myself after my number 2 mission is completed. |
