| Very Little Food We Buy These Days Is Good For Your Health. |
| Think about animals and vegetables and all the genetic interferences, modifications, food additives, fattening agents, fertilisers and insecticides that fill every molecule of every living animal, veg and fruits we eat. Think of acid rain, air pollution, and then the products we buy cheaply like TV meals, with the rubbishy leftovers of meats, next to no protein, full up of cereals and paddings and artificial chemical flavourings to make it taste good, processed rubbish killing us off slowly and ... Well, this is just the start of the debate. Isn't it? Meat or veg its all the same! |

That is why is is better to eat out at McDonald's every day.
Just kidding.
If you are lucky enough to have a bit of land to grow your own, it is the best way to feed your
family. That way you can control the amount of pesky chemicals involved.
You definitely need to cook as much as you can from scratch, and have as much fresh fruit and veg as
possible.
If you can keep a couple of chickens that's a bonus, and pigs goat sheep and ducks are better still.
Manage a cow and you are pretty much self sufficient already. |
