Totally agree, but really what's different when kids do the same thing in costume? The child obesity
rate in this country is high enough already; we don't need to be encouraging kids to gorge on junk
food more than they already are.
i doubt many kids are aware and feel like having to compare halloween to a welfare system. I just hte when they get a little bit older and become selfish. Piniatas are fun to kids but more like a vault with cash to older kids.
I refused food in school because it was that poorly made. I likd sun chips. The fruits had cockaroaches walking up and down them. I loved the tuna wrap i got though! I wanted to eat healthy. Beleive me. Many kids insist on eating nasty fatty oily foods. I am not sure why. I tried to understand that. It had nothing to do with sodas and honey buns.
