Trashy People Should Keep Their Garbage In Their House.
People who litter just put more pollution in the world which means there can be more prone illnesses from outside trash because there is already enough sickness floating around, also it just makes litter bugs look bad like they are filthy in their living situations.
I think trashy people need to be given Classy-Lessons, and also to be re-cycled as human beings:
