Tolapia Is Better Than Salmon.
I think that tolapia is better. What do you guys think?

I like tilapia much better. It is a flat fish. I like flat fish, not steak fish. Flat fish is cod, tilapia, butterfish, etc.. Salmon is a steak fish. So is halibut and swordfish. Don't like steak fish at all.

I prefer Salmon but that doesn't mean I don't eat or enjoy Tilapia too. Salmon is packed with Omega-3 fatty oil which boosts both it's flavor and nutrition whereas Tilapia is lower in Omega-3 and higher in Omega-6 which is a balance some nutritionists advise against. Aesthetically I also prefer the pink flesh and the taste over Tilapia.

Regardless, I salute the fact you're eating fish and generally the kinds which are less likely to have high levels of mercury. Good job.

 I have a delicious and very easy salmon recipe. I didn't think I would like it, but turned out to be devine. Melt brown sugar and butter and spread on salmon (a lot of it), add some shallots to the top and wrap in parchment or aluminum foil and bake until salmon just flakes. It turns out moist and the sweet, salty taste is so good. Of course, you season the salmon with salt and fresh cracked pepper. You can also melt the butter in a pan with some minced garlic, if you want more of a kick...very good.

Tolapia is O.K. But salmon is better. You won't see Tolapia serve up like smoked salmon and caviar,..... Would you?
