I think that if you were to say that your wrong because if you break up you break up it means it was
never ment to be soo leave it that way. If it was ment to be it will happen again-saying that your
gonna kill yourself over it then you dont really love that person if you want to hurt them so. Love
is something where you dont hurt eachother.
Do people still do that? I think I would be more suprised and interested on a cultural level then
upset and horrified. I also don't think I would believe it even if they were telling the truth. Boy
would my face be red when they did jump off the Golden Gate bridge.
A very good point. And it makes people unhappy. Because if your boy/girlfriend doesn't want to be
with you anymore and your saying your going to kill yourself if they leave you, they will be really
unhappy, confused and not no what to do. And if they do break up with you eventually and you do kill
yourself, they will feel guilty for the rest of there lives
It's not good for anyone or anything. It destroys one's self reputation, and mental well being. It
causes terrible anguish and torment to those who are told. By making that threat, you are creating
more problems rather than solving them.
