What do you think of underfloor heating under tiles in a kitchen good or bad

I have it in my entire home and I LOVE it. We have radiant heat. Our heating bills are lower and our floors are never cold. The only draw back is that it takes longer to heat up and cool down than forced air.

I'm torn. Underfloor heating is a great technology that is beneficial, however, it is very pricey and if anything goes wrong with the wiring or the installation it can become even more pricey. Most installers are still not familiar with this installation, so this may not be a great idea. Oh, and god forbid a tile ever brakes or cracks.
