Yes, for the people who just don't understand computers, there should be a computer with everything laid out simply where they can find it.

A lot of computer crashes, and maybe they will get "Not Responding" So you don't want to be Malfunctioned.

That implies that the overwhelming majority of people on this site are not kids, which they are. That said though, when I was a kid and I got my first computer, I actually bothered to learn how to use it. In fact, I became very good at it in an age before personal computers were common. If I could do it, so can anyone.

While in theory I agree, you certainly shouldn't be nasty to anyone except those who have earned it, you can't lead everyone around by the hand either, people need to get up and learn how to hand themselves in any new situation, or they need to avoid that situation. Expecting people to cater to those who do not care to learn is silly.

No one, we're having a different conversation. However, that said, regardless of age if you want to use a computer, it rests on YOUR shoulders to learn how. While I've been using computers for close to 40 years now, my mother wouldn't touch them until she was in her early 50s. She wanted one, she bought one and she learned how to use it. When she had trouble, she asked for help and while I wouldn't call her an expert by any means, she's competent to do most things she wants to do. She didn't call for someone else to dumb computers down so she wouldn't have to actually learn anything.
