Yes well I think virtually every boring word that comes from those fingers is overused and tiresome.
He thinks he is some sort of posh olden day cockerney. The first part of that word is more
accurate. Probably thinks Russell Brand is funny. |

It does get rather annoying, I've only ever seen its usage on this site, I've never seen or heard it
else where. Using it in every day situations would seem a bit wierd I think. |

Overused, definitely. It sounds like something that someone says to try and befriend you when really
they're either mocking you or just trying to piss you off. |

I've got nothing against "old bean" and I don't really mind it, but yeah we do read it a lot, and to
be honest it's one of the nerdier salutations one could come up with. If I went to work today and
called a co-worker an old bean I have no doubt they'd look at me cross-eyed and wonder if I'm still
buzzed from last night's drinks. |

Let's call each other skipper ;)
I actually admire the old bean. It's not my saying so I enjoy hearing others say it lol |

Don't be a cabbage, moreno! Or a computer potato!!! It's far better to be known as 'OLD BEAN!' |
