The Rightwing Media Continue To Be Dishonest And Complicit In The Rightwing Lie.
Since AP (Amateurish Press) posted the fable about "61 released from Guantanamo have returned to terrorism!" it has been regurgitated and repeated incessantly without question.
Independent and objective investigation tells a different story: (1) 18 of those released are confirmed to be involved and 43 only suspected of involvement. (2) The Pentagon has release NO NAMES of those 61, and HAS NOT proven that any of the 61 were involved in terrorism BEFORE they were kidnapped and tortured. It may well be that the 61 BECAME terrorists BECAUSE they were kidnapped and tortured. There is no proof otherwise.
K9 didn't say the media is slanted to the right?
The better question is, "As Americans, how much has each of us been inundated by the goofy and hysterical things which K9 constantly spews?"
It's as if K9 is living in a different dimension. Personally, I have been exposed to many different views regarding Guantanamo in recent "news". Then again, I watch everything from Alex Jones to Fox and MSNBC. I meet very few people in my life who get there news from one source. Granted the far right and left can't handle watching oppposing views but they don't matter much in the grand scheme of things. They just whine and accuse loudly.
