When people put money in a bank account, the bank takes that money and either invests it themselves
or lends it to people or corporations who then invest it.
When money is invested, it is put to work to create economic value. When economic value is created,
the economy grows.
Rich people do not stick millions of dollars of cash under their mattress, they invest it. |
