I'm not a big fan of his music but I will admit his messages were either fun, peaceful, or
beautiful, he is a cult classic favorite, and his contribution to music was both large and unique.

Bob Marley had an overwhelming influence on the generation of people and music of his time. He lived
a life symbolizing peace and equality, himself as an individual represented a runner in a hurdle
sprint in the race against prejudice.
New York times chose his Exodus as the greatest album of the twentieth century. They also chose his
music video "Bob Marley Live at the Rainbow, London, 1977", to be put in a time capsule which is to
be opened in a thousand years.
He truly is one of the most influential artists in the past century. |
