A life sentence should mean life. Any dangerous person who is let out of prison is likely to do the
same thing again. Letting someone out of prison early because of their good behaviour will not bring
back the person whose life they have taken, nor will it bring justice to the victim's family. |

There can be no true hard and fast rule - everything needs to be considered in the particular case.
But where it is deemed to have been a wrongdoing, I agree, punishment needs to be stricter. |
