I don't like the way you worded that... I don't necessarily think agree with the fact that He created a way to salvation; it was already there. However, I do agree that the gift of Free Will is an important gift.

Actually, I only know of one thing real or imagined that offers up a way to know the answer. There are many beliefs and different paths which are offered but they all have stipulations. Someone can be taught that killing themselves while being a suicide bomber to kill infidels will get them absolute access to eternal life but it is silly to think that would work for everyone. The last person would be out of luck.

It's also silly to think most "christianity" offers an absolute way of knowing because they twist the story with stipulations which even make their christianity a guessing game (which of course fits with what you are saying).

True Christianity is the only thing I have heard of that offers an absolute answer. That Jesus Christ took the sins of the world upon Himself. All of them. Past, present and future. A done deal.

Accepting this as a fact takes care of the entire gig. It's done. It's over with. Nothing can change it.

I would invite you to give it thought. To think about the consequences of accepting the total forgiveness as a fact and how it would differ from "christian" religions which have caused so much trouble and how it would relate to all the arguments against religion and God.

It's too easy for everyone. It let's us off the hook. Ahhhh...but wait a minute. Is it starting to sound like the way it should be or should we continue pointing fingers at everyone and making life miserable while playing a guessing game?

Sure, why not. There’s nothing to debate here anyway since you offered nothing but an assertion.

Beyond the fact that god(s) are extremely unlikely to begin with, the Christian version most certainly hasn't given the right to reject him, he punishes you for all eternity if you do. Telling someone they have a right to act a certain way, you're just going to torture them forever for acting in a way you don't like is ridiculous.
