Yes, it should be, it'll help global warming, and anything to do with preventing the fuel running out for even 2 years is good enough for me.

It needs to be changed to 18, responsibility needs to be learned before teens get to drive.

No because some young people need to drive the older people in their families to the doctor and some need to drive to school and some need to pick up their younger brothers or sisters from school or an after school program..

That's ridiculous... Just think how bad Americans have it... Not being able to drink in college... Imagine someone did that to the UK but with cars...

Sorry, but i kinda like it right where it is! And plus if we did change it to higher our parents would kinda get tired of driving us every where! Cuz i can already tell that my mom is getting tired of driving me everywhere!
