The constitution quickly ceases to function if it does not stay a living document. I am agreeing
with you even though I don't think you understand that because, it was written and intended to be a
living document. |

I agree with the spirit of your post but with the clarification that I genuinely support Amendments.
Without document changes women still wouldn't be able to vote. But, flaws and all, the
Constitution's careful definitions of the government's make-up and power and careful protections of
human rights combine to make one heck of a road map. |
