Pi is something like 3.1415926535... Last time I checked, that's still bigger than 3 unless you round to one decimal place

Sorry, but the relevance of this is?

Ï€ is a useful number, indeed a lot of mathematics relies on it. I don't see why you're trying to prove that the buybull never states this; surely you want to try and prove that at least some of the buybull is true?

Prove "some" of the Bible is true? okay, archaeological findings have discovered Sodom and Gammorah were actual places. A tablet dug up during the 1960's proved Pontius Pilate was an actual person and was prefect of Judea. Just go to a book store and buy a book called "The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Bible" for more information. Ancient historians have written about Jesus (Josephus, Tacitus etc.). And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Just buy that book.

The actual value of Pi is approximately 3.14159...I think the Bible’s kind of off a few decimals.

I Kings 7:23: And he made a molten sea, ten cubits from the one brim to the other: It was round all about, and his height was five cubits: And a line of thirty cubits did compass it round about.

So you are claiming 30 divided by 10 is pi.

Religious ignorance is more than just a redundancy, its an obligation.

It was the middle east thousands of years ago. Not 21st century America/Europe. They estimated.

The ancients didn't need to know pi as a number - just as in our modern times they used wheeled devices to measure long linear distances & so pi is built in - the bible does have some historical & metaphorical revelence but no scientific or mathematical value - as typed elsewhere: The bible has the human mastery of the iron age within 8 generations of creation & that's WAY off - it was the ancient Christians who destroyed the library of alexandria & martyred Hypatia - any significant direct biblical contribution can be chalked up to dumb luck
