The Anime And Manga Names Have Been Ruined Due To Western Productions!!!
Plain and simple... Not to mention Anime isn't just a TV show. The Japanese are much more deep then that. Take Deathnote for example. Most people view it as a TV series about a kid who can kill anyone however he wants. Is that the point of the show? NO! I believe the true meaning is much simpler "The world is... Rotting" aka line 4 in the Manga and 16 in the TV show. Correct those numbers if wrong.

Yeah I'd agree, they've watered it down, made it sappy and formulaic, and what used to be campy and strange is now simply childish and stupid.
