But it is as relevant in Britain.
All governments have facist undertones, democracys secret is trying to sell it as freedom.

As I read through the list I have to admit to some degree it sounds like the American conservative. I still don't think they're the same thing, and I think gottfried makes some valid points in response, but it is disturbing how similar the criteria sounds to the far right wing in the US. The people have to stay vigilant to keep balance and not go further down the conservative road, just the same as they also shouldn't go too far down the liberal road either.

The problem is that while some of the examples you names were actual fascists, some are not. Hitler was a socialist. Makes me think of someone who happens to be in our White House as I type.

Ignorant supposition. The use of the word "conservative" in such debate depicts the ignorance that is so easily used by those who manipulate.

Actually, it depends on how you perceive it. Liberals in America who happen to be more like Conservative National Statists like the Nazi thing is different from the Conservative who is Independent of an entity and is willing to partake in society to feed his family.

Or Neo Nazi movements are conservative and liberals are the ones who wish to remain free from atrocious entities...

Liberals are excessively interested in domestic security. Obama's plan for a domestic military... Corporate power is both supported by the dems and reps.
I once argued that some conservatives like me are more liberal in nature but I am by no means like the progressive liberal. It depends on how you interpret the word. Obsession with crime and punishment, that seems more like the corporate communistic leaders who are able to be classified as liberal for supporting such causes.

Theres a lot in politcs. It doesn't matter which side you pick. They both want the same thing. Each president acts more and more like the last. Fraudulent Elections? Ha.... They are all fraudulent no matter which party.

Did you know that ad councils for the government pay to have information put into CSI, video games etc. It's called subliminal messaging and is a form of propaganda.

I was anti liberal once, like you are anticonservative. Then you realize how hijacked the system is. Neither side cares about us... Just watch yourself moreno and be safe.

 Another reason why I don't like the only way you can pose a debate on this website. The assumption is I'm liberal because I post something about conservative which is not the case. I would have preferred to post this in a question. i.e. socratic method.

Don't assume just because I create a debate about a topic I support it or i'm attacking it so your warning of me being careful is presumptuous of you.

Political alliance is like a religion to me and I don't associate with such a thing. I'm an issues person. I think for myself not down some party line.

And the study was showing the characteristics and groups who follow a certain characteristic like Fascism should be very careful. Or the group is a fascist but people are afraid to say it.
