| Well, we all know that we should all have a well balance meal by using all the food group to keep you in shape. But if you unbalance that. That would be the problem depending on what the case is. But being a vegetarian isn't bad. There are delicious recipes that you can try with vegies only that can taste like chicken or beef. |

I agree with your endorsement of vegetarianism as healthy enough (although I'm not a vegetarian). I
