My dad killed himself and the fact that he left my mom alone to raise my sister and me is selfish.
His life got hard and he took the easy way out and now the nite it nhappened haunts me so i go to
therapy and take depression medication because i'm so upset about what happened. Suicide affects
anyone whose life you touch. Just look at its a wonderful life. I perfect example of the selfishness
of suicide. |

I think that to outsiders it can seem selfish. Whoever finds your body is not going to be able to
forget that incident for a long time, if ever. As for the family you'll have left behind to grieve,
well, that would appear to be self-centred.
But for the person making the choice to end their own life, I would wager they think it is the most
unselfish thing in the world. |

Well barring sacrificing yourself then of course it's selfish. It's a person making a decision about
themselves for themselves. That doesn't mean that it is always wrong. |
