Stupid People Need Their Own Island

Oh...didn't see the scalding themselves on McDonald's coffee and then litigating part. Those people should have an island. I hate frivolous lawsuits. If people can't get an education and find a way to make enough money to support themselves, then they do not need to make a career out of getting rich off of others. This does make me very angry as I work in the medical profession and know the malpractice insurance that doctors pay to be the cause for certain specialties to close up shop, so to speak. Doctors are sued and lose to people who have no wrong done to them, but get sympathy because our society feels that physicians have deep pockets and can pay. Same goes for corporations like McDonald's and the idiot who won when she burned herself on their coffee. Now all coffee cups have a warning...Like we need that. Of course it is hot. It is coffee. If it were cold, we would be in there complaining that we received cold coffee (unless it was iced coffee). We have warnings on plastic bags....Who gives a bag to their infant as a toy? Sorry, I should have read the topic better before voting. To my defense, I am sick. The fever is affecting my thinking, or it could be the shivering made me miss that line.
