I agree. All strip clubs should be shut down. I think it is very demeaning to women and men. Usually
it is unhappily married men in there. What a way to spend your time? Forget the family, go to the
strip club and watch dancers get naked. All people are doing is throwing their money away to see
some unattractive, low self esteemed woman take her clothes off. These places are a waste of space.
I cannot fathom having a job as a stripper. How can you feel good about yourself at all? Girls try
to justify it all the time, but there is not a way to justify stripping. |

I think Strip Clubs Should Be Illegal. It is so ridiculous to let women stripe .why not man? It is
just kind of discrimination. We show no respect for women. I think it just a disgrace for our
society. I DON'T THINK it is a kind of culture .such kind of fallacy should not be accepted. |

I think they should. You get a lot of sexual predators in there, and violence. And you have a lot of
crazies out there too. I'd assume the job isn't enjoyable. Just a last resort job. It would for sure
destroy my dignity and pride to do a low job like that, and i would probably get treated
disrespectfully. I have nothing against strippers though, it's their choice and i hope their happy
at least. |

Honestly, it would be nice. Sadly, it probably will never happen in this lifetime. |

There are a lot of violent criminals living in apartments, so let's get rid of them too ((tongue in

I do not like strip clubs. I find them unnecessary and wicked; however, I do not support the idea
of making them illegal. They would not exist if people would not go to them. It is a matter of
catering to those certain kinds of customers. If there were no customers then the club would shut
down. It has everything to do with that part of society. Ever heard of supply and demand? Strip
clubs supply what is being demanded by a certain part of society. It is all about the money.
Bottom line. Like I said, I do not agree with them; however, I also don't agree with interfering
with adults private lives. |

If you don't go in them then you wont have to worry your pretty little head about them now will you?
Also what does it matter if people think their immoral. We aren't forcing them to walk in them and
be immoral. |

I bartended in a strip club for five years and I can tell you that there are some pretty foul things
that can occur in them. Drugs and sex are tossed around pretty freely, if your the right person. I
had to quit because it finally became to much to work there, and I'm glad I did quit. That being
said, I don't believe they should be illegal. We live in a free country man, and everyone has a
choice to go to these clubs and/or to work in these clubs. It's a simple matter of choice. And
that's one of the reasons why America is the country that it is....freedom of choice. |

No they shouldn't. I don't even like to go to them, I went once and it was expensive. Parties are
way more fun and sometimes have more nudity but they should not be illegal. Morality is a terrible
reason to make something illegal because we don't all agree with your morals. |

It is just a matter of choice and preference about this strip clubs. If somebody does not like them
then it is their personal choice and on the contrary if somebody is going in there then also it is
their personal choice and liking. Though strip clubs are age restricted because what ever strip
shows are being performed there are generally not for minors but this does not mean that they should
be made illegal. There are thousands among us who prefer going to the strip clubs just like the way
there are thousands who like going to a movie theatre or a disc. So if going to a movie theatre or a
disc is a legal thing then what is wrong with these strip clubs? At the end of the day people go
there, enjoy and get entertained. So they should not be made illegal. |

Strip clubs rock..a great place to meet up and unwind ....with awesome entertainment on offer...good
security and suchlike makes it more secure and safe for the dancers and makes sure the audience does
not get funny ideas |

This is a personal choice issue. It is your choice to visit the establishments. No one is dragging
anyone into the club and forcing them to watch. It is a personal freedom on the clients and the
workers, nothing more, all else is a infringement on all our freedoms. |

Despite the stigma that is attached to these places, I believe it is down to freedom of choice; both
with respext to those who choose to become strippers, and those who decide to go to strip clubs - no
matter what stigma is attached to either of these groups of people.
Also, JRCBailey's argument should be in the "AGAINST" section |

I don't think they should be illegal. People have a choice whether to go in them or not and if
inappropriate activities are going on in there (i.e. Strippers being forced to do things they don't
want to do), they can avoid the place, or preferably report it to the police. Otherwise, if it can
be assured that those who work there are being treated fairly, i see no reason for it to be
illegalised. |
