I agree, but i also think that there are those who have a vested interest in keeping the battles
going. There are those who would be lost without them and have their entire identity tied to them.
I'm not saying that we should push them under the rug, but i think that we should be more honest
about where the problems come and how they are perpetuated. |

I agree, those things haven't been resolved, they're all pretty volatile topics, yet at the same
time, some wonderful parts of the 60's have been left behind. It was really of time when you could
just walk up to someone and have a great conversation, people were friendlier most all the time. We
never had to locked our doors, gangs were few and far between, the free love thing may have gone too
far, but the love thing should have stayed. |
