How stupid. Sleeping is bad for you? When you don't sleep and your tired more things are likely to
happen..for example your really tired but you drive the car and you crash..all because you didn't
sleep.. It wouldn't of happened if you had slept. |

if you drunk enough water before going to sleep, you would feel fine
you feel like 'turd' as you so gracefully put it, in the morning due to dehydration and the
capillaries in your body, most importantly, your brain, constricting, causing less oxygen to reach
your respirating cells, hence the head ache

I disagree. If I don't have enough sleep, I spend the next day feeling completely rotten. There is
nothing bad about sleeping. Getting enough sleep will help you feel refreshed and ready to start
the day. You can perform tasks a whole lot better. |

Sleep is my favorite cure for most anything. Too much is bad, but that is never a problem for me.
Without sleep i am unfocused and easily distracted. Without sleep i am more dangerous on the road,
and my temper needs to be held in check. Without sleep i have no patience and am at my absolute
worst.
A good night's sleep is the best thing you can do for yourself. |
