Its okay in moderation and in a balanced diet to be honest its only really bad if that's all you
eat. There is a certain amount of fat and oils needed in the diet to maintain health anyway. As long
as a person also eats healthy foods from the other important food groups and does regular exercise
they will be healthy and can still eat junk food. |
