We Should Be Watching The Calories In Our Food
I want to have a debate about the calories in our food ans should be watch them, personally i couldn't care less what i eat and how many calories it has and i am not a big person we just need to eat the right amounts and exercise, this should help you forget about the calories!! What do you think?

I agree exercise is the key. You can eat whatever you want as long as you exercise at least 3x a week.
