I'm voting "no" because charity is absolutely the right thing to do, no matter what one's wealth
status may be. Someone who is not rich can still be charitable in other ways i.e. Giving time and
talents, etc.
The beauty of the individual deciding is that charity will have a better chance of doing more good.
One must be discerning when charity may help and when it may hurt another. This is not the case
when a government comes and "takes" and then "redistributes."
