Is Cannabis that harmful?

Cannabis should be legal in any free society.

 It isn't free, someone has to pay to pick up all the pieces.
The N.H.S. has to be funded.

I think it makes ppl paranoid and psychotic.

Smoke Pot and You are literally off your head.

Smoking Pott is as likely to harm some peoples insides, as does alcohol or smoking cigarettes.

Some ppl appear to have no ill effects from smoking heavily all their lives, but I doubt if they run many marathons.(the same can't be said for very heavy drinkers though)


They have had a complete you turn on Pott's classification. And upgraded it from a class C to a class B substance.

The way the Government is talking about our attitude to alcohol, the ban on smoking in all public places, except the House of Commons bar and Prisons,..........

I don't think Pott is likely to ever be legalized.

If tobacco and alcohol are legal, which they are, then there is no reason at all weed shouldn't also be.

Here's the deal. In the US if weed was legalized the government would tax the hell out of it. Those wanting a little harmless recreational relaxing in the privacy of their homes would be forced to move on to harder, harmful ... Very addictive and destructive drugs.
LEAVE WEED ALONE and ILLEGAL and the price remains affordable for what is basically a lot less damaging than getting "legally" drunk. What did the Indians put in those 'peace pipes' hmm? Hemp has been around for century's. Ancient ceremonies, treaties with other tribes were arranged amicably because everybody was happy, laid-back and worked it out..., in peace.
In Texas, taxes heaped on more taxes on cigarettes is outrageous. While tax on cigars is cheap. A pack of cigarettes, 5 bucks or more. Little Cigars a buck.
I figure those good-ole-boy politicians down at the capital didn't want to compromise their Partaga's with taxes.

 I don't think you could legalize it and tax it.
It is so easy to grow even in the bedroom wardrobe. it would be like taxing sex or even kissing. How would they know.
