| Sharia Law Should Not Be Integrated With British Law. |
| I believe in this country we should all be tried under the same legal system, the one that is decided by Parliament. In certain areas sharia law is being enabled for certain cases, this is wrong surely. Religious law should by no means be merged into a legal system no matter what the religion is. What do you think? |

It would be completely unfair where in one country there are two separate laws. If people come into
another country they should abide by the law that has already been there for many many years. Also,
some parts of Sharia law will contradict the law that has been the cornerstone of the UK for this
length of time too. We are also still officially a Christian country. I'm not racist but I know for
a fact that, since we are multicultural, we should not cater to any particular set of people, if we
were, it would have to be Christians, and only because that is our official nationwide religion, not
because I'm racist or a Christian, as I am neither. |

Sharia law would never work in this country, due to cultural differences. What we find acceptable as
a society, Sharia Law condemns. Not only this, considering we abolished corporal punishment many
years ago, sharia law would go against our law regarding this matter. |

I'm American, but I consider Britain our brothers. What happens in one of our countries usually
bleeds over to the other. I disagree with sharia law being instituted. It sounds like the liberals
in your country are catering too much to the muslims instead of treating them the same way you would
anyone else. |

I am severely against Tory and BNP policies on immigration, and I am completely against racism in
any form and detest idiots who say " Muslims aren't British" etc.
However, I don't think Sharia law has any place in the UK. It's just not the way our culture works. |
