I'm supporting it ONLY because people have a right to believe and practice whatever religion they
want.
Personally, I put no belief in Scientology, I think it's origins from a science fiction writer and
it's far out views have no credibility. But, they have their right to it.
I also hope, however, that people who choose to leave Scientology are truly free to do so because
although I support religious freedom I think if a person is pressured hard to stay then you instead
have a cult and that can be very dangerous.
But, carry on Scientologists. And hi to Tom Cruise. |

I totally disagree with Hidell! For all the people who really don't know c-r-a-p about
Scientology, there are more sectors to it then just the parts that believe in Xenu (Zenu) and
Thetan, okay?? There's also a little something that is called Scientology CHRISTIANITY and the only
thing similar to Scientology in this religion, is the beginning of the name! Okay, it offends me to
hear people just put it all in the same category because it isn't all the same. I'm a Scientologist
Christian and I don't believe in that alien c-r-a-p! The only thing different about me from your
regular, everyday Christian is the fact that I believe in the Big-Bang Theory rather than God's
Creation and I don't read the Bible. But I could tell you guys one thing: I still believe in Jesus
Christ and Heaven (not Hell because we already have Hell on Earth; how could you possibly get any
worse than this?) and you don't see me praying to some dumb L. Ron Hubbarb and his stupid antics
towards "praising the aliens" c-r-a-p and I haven't been brainwashed by a cult to say this either.
So I really would like people to stop putting it all together as if anything with Scientology as a
beginning word is some kind of threat, because it is NOT!!! |

Not sure what constitutes "good" or "bad", but I'm sure it works for some people. And as long as
it's not hurting others, what's the harm in practicing it. For the record, I am not a Scientologist. |

I have looked into Scientology and I see nothing wrong with it. People have a right to choose how
they live their lives and there is nothing "bad" about Scientology. What made me start looking into
it was Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes because they follow Scientology. If I had the discipline, I would
follow it too. |

First of all, in order to understand Scientology, one must first learn about its creator, L. Ron.
Hubbard. L. Ron. Hubbard was a science fiction writer in the 1940's who was also interested in the
occult and later started his own "religion" by mixing occult philosophy, science-fiction stories,
and self-help strategies (Scientology).
One important influence of Hubbards was that of his friend, Aleister Crowley, whom was a member of
various occult organizations, including Freemasonry in which he was a 33rd degree Sovereign Grand
Inspector General of the Scottish Rite. Crowely was also deeply involved with the Order of the
Golden Dawn, and the Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.) Mr. Crowley is most famous for two books
entitled Magick: In Theory and Practice and The Book of Law. L. Ron Hubbard held Aleister Crowely
in high regard and considered him a dear friend (in his own words).
One thing that should be looked into is the interview with Hollywood actor Jason Begh, who quit
Scientology and went public in 2008. What is interesting about this is what Jason Begh says; "A
Scientologist believes he is no longer a Homosapien. He is a Homonovis, a new race. They believe
they are the only hope for this section of the galaxy, starting with planet Earth".
Interesting huh? Especially when you note that high level occultist's and Luciferians believe that
they too evolve into a new species, and into gods. Scientology came from L. Ron. Hubbard and his
influences. This can not be ignored nor should it be regarded as a sane religion. Look how wack
Tom Cruise has become ever since he has been involved with Scientology. Is it any wonder, since he
believes he is evolving into a new race known as a Homonovis?
Scientology is not about science and more about illuminating oneself to the level of a new specie.
It is occultic in nature and cultic in practice. |

Contrary to the name, Scientology doesn't have much science in it.
If Scientology didn't physically and emotionally harm it's followers, then I wouldn't go against it.
But sadly they do. And they don't just harm the patients mentally, they make them almost insane. And
it costs a lot of money too.
Don't believe me? Look at Tom Cruise and the underlined comment next to me. |

I remember reading an article on forchan which was from an electrician. He said that he went to a
persons house to fix the lights and found Scientology posters around his house. He said he felt so
strongly against Scientology that he rigged his light switches so that the man would get an electric
shock every time he turned on the lights. Scientology is a load of bullshit. How can you deny
science when it is all around us and governs our way of life. |

Scientology is a freakish cult. While no one can seriously object to them pursuing or practising
their ridiculous beliefs about great space aliens coming to help Earth, many of their actions are
indeed objectionable. For example, they claim to be in possession of mystical truths yet refuse to
divulge them publicly. If they really did hold the key to understanding the universe, why not put
their ideas out there in the public domain and let everyone benefit from becoming acquainted with
them? By continuing to hoard their supposed knowledge, they deprive people of any benefit it might
bring.
The only reasonable conclusion is that they fear outside scrutiny because it would demolish the
claims they make to ignorant cultists who, on their own, lack enough knowledge to be able to refute
them. Of course, the private hoarding of the information also represents a great profit opportunity,
because ignorant fools can be persuaded to part with their money in order to gain access to the
"great secrets".
The scientologists' practice of clamping down on free speech, taking legal action against anyone who
references their ideas, and mounting physical demonstrations against those who support psychology is
also bizarre, creepy and objectionable.
There's a persistent story that Hubbard decided to found psychology after having a joke with some of
his friends. He said that human beings were so ridiculous that you could present virtually any
absurd set of beliefs as a religion and some people would not only believe in it, but would be
willing to pay money for the privilege. As a practical experiment in demonstrating the flaws in
human nature, it has indeed been immensely successful.
It also does provide us with a useful example of how absurd magical belief systems get off the
ground. Most of the dominant magical belief systems in our societies have their origins in the
distant past and so are lost in the mist of time. The scientologists show us the essential absurdity
at the heart of all magical belief. In that respect, therefore, they are good, but that valuable
lesson does not outweigh all the objectionable aspects of their behaviour. |

Scientology is a very expensive practice, the longer your in it the more they charge. And after a
while your spending thousands. John Travolta is also a scientologist. If you think you can clear up
your bad programming and past traumas with 2 tin cans and a piece of string, go for it. |
