Saying "What The Hell" Is As Ridiculous As Saying "What The House"
I had an impulse to do this debate. By the way, it is ridiculous if you look at the grammar. That is what I mean.

That's true. Sometimes someone says a random phrase to me and I stop and realise that it means no sense as a sentence. For example: Turn a phrase/ coin a phrase, meaning a phrase that everyone uses. It literally means nothing and makes no sense

That saying has no meaning. Neither does "what the cow. Does that make sense? Not at all." although i don't like the "What the heck" one cause its swearing.

I agree.
It's not very good grammar, either way.

Oh...What the Hell! I can't see the problem with it. Seams as much of a regional term as Gore Blime mate!

Grammatical flaws are not often considered when one judges conversational English. Besides, "what the hell" is a common term that is less obscene than other jargons.

Grammatically speaking its a lot of stuff wrong with how people speak and what they say but it one depends on their culture and two depends on who they are talking to, for example I'd say "what the hell" to one of my friends however to my boss having a convo i might say "well what were they thinking?"

Oh don't be so ridiculous.

If you said what the hell to someone they would know what you meant, if you said what the house they would have no idea.

Case closed.

Hey, at least we know houses exist. In general terms I agree with you, it's all kind of ridiculous, but imaginary places of eternal fire and damnation are even more so.

I am not saying hell is real, though I believe it is. Your vote seems to be one against the concept of hell rather than against what I said.
