Don't be stupid, the universe ends in the year 2012, right after Hillary becomes president... Or
Palin. Get your facts straight. |

Is this organized religious beliefs? People as individuals will always believe in something bigger
than themselves because some would otherwise go crazy with all the unanswered questions. |

There will come a time when mankind will outgrow the need for silly, superstitious nonsense, but it
will take a long time. Religion didn't come to exist in a century, it will take longer than a
century to be eradicated, but the signs are good and more and more people are rejecting it every
day. |

I'm not very religious but even I find this claim pretty laughable. 1) Why 2100 in particular? 2)
Your claim assumes every corner of the globe, even the most remote 3rd World area, would somehow
have enlightenment realizing they no longer believe in anything religious. Bogus. 3) There was a
separate debate thread about football being treated like a religion. Hard as it may be to swallow
there's actually something to that - people shape their lives and hopes around sports teams. Will
football also die out by 2100? 4) Finally you're on the wrong website if you think you can post a
debate and then ask people not to post if they want to post in the against column.
Oh, and what's with the ILoveJesus tag if you're predicting the death of all religious belief? |
