| Reichwing Criticism Of Obama's Nobel Peace Prize Is Gainsaying Hypocrisy. |
| Barack Obama was not the best choice for a Nobel Peace Prize; even his supporters admit that. But for the reichwing to say last week that "Obama lost the US olympics" and then this week say "Obama's Peace Prize is affirmative action" is political gainsaying and hypocrisy.
Even if Obama had helped the US get the olympics, the reichwing would have said "bribery" and "wasting taxpayers money on a fifth olympics since 1980". They're not concerned with what he did or didn't do or the US's best interests, the reichwing just want to score political points. |

I'm voting over here because of the usual narrowness of K9's presentation.
Most of us are aware that politicians and their ardent followers on the right, left, forward and
backward all put scoring political points well ahead of giving credit where credit is due. |

For the record I voted for President Obama, I think he's a good guy, and I think he's a far better
choice than Bush was or than any of the other political candidates in the last election. And I'm
moderate in political orientation, neither liberal nor conservative. BUT: 1) I don't think we can
afford his health plan right now after all we borrowed for the economy, 2) I DO think his Olympics
pitch pushed Chicago from 2nd to 4th place, and 3) I DO think it's too soon for him to have a Nobel
Peace Prize.
Here's the core of my point: Disagreeing with President Obama does NOT automatically make the person
part of the "Reichwing". When you smear them in with that group you are no better than the
Republican Conservatives who accused Obama of being Hitler due to his health plan. Let's stop all
the alarmist bullcrap, it isn't accomplishing anything. |

So Obama deserves a Nobel Peace Prize for being a B.S. Artist? I think not. |
