Recreational Drug Use By Elite Sports People Should Not Be Tolerated
Maybe after they retire but not during their careers due to the fact that they would be setting a bad example for young fans that could be watching their every move.
Agreed with Cephus. All drug use should be legalised, for athletes as well as for everyone else. The
artificial hysteria which has been whipped up against certain kinds of mood-altering substances but
not others (such as alcohol) must end. At the very least the instigators of this hysteria, such as
you, must be asked to demonstrate why these drugs should be deemed more harmful than alcohol.
