I agree, rarely would the question be phrased that way! LOL The people who would say "Is" instead
of " Are" probably would not ask such a question in the first place.

Children will learn in the right environment.
That is a happy one created with love and understanding. Children without that are truly
disadvantaged. |

If you are involved in your children's education believe me teachers will go the extra step.
Appreciate, your children's teachers don't allow your children to get frustrated, work with them and
they will excel. I ask my children every day what they learned and if they need help. |
