Rainforests Shouldn't Be Cut Down.
Rainforest plants provide more than 30% of modern drugs and medicines. Rainforests also provide lots of oxygen that we need to survive. Trees shouldn't be cut down just for paper or for farming land.

I do think we should limit the amount we cut down however, farmers need to cut them down for land and paper is very handy.

I don't think we should just stop cutting them down all together.

 Paper can be produced from renewable sources, such as specially designated plantations. What is the benefit of using non-renewable rainforests for this purpose when such an option is available?

Also, as far as I know, rainforsts provide nowhere near 30% of the world's modern drugs and medicines.
