If you are not racist then you won't worry about the race because it doesn't matter . |

I agree
In biological terms race is meaningless. With the discovery of the human genome came the realisation
that we are the same, a universal human nature.
Race is simply a man made way of categorising people and has no relevance to nature. |

From the perspective of the ideology...yes...race matters. |

I don't think that Race is merely a racist thing, I think that in the presidential elections many
are looking at race as something that matters. While it may have no bearing on the issues, African
American's and others are looking at it because it would be a first for African Americans (or
whatever the politically correct term these days is). I think that we need to get over the racial
identity's that seem to run rampid in this country. That we need to look past one's skin color/race
in order to better and further society. |

I like this debate topic, and no, it does not make me squirm, as you put it....
I do not mind, being put on the spot about this Race thing.
I'll bite:
1. Our color, or race is immaterial and irrelevant to Worth as a Human Being, and we ALL are.
I am as white of a person as anyone can be without being an Albino, so that is not a problem; Martin
Luther King is one of my favorite heroes; a Black Moses, and his last speech before he was executed
by the Darkside of the Force=USA Big Bro Government
Go to youtube.com and watch his last speech. He was a Black Moses. God bless his memory. That man
had Courage - in SPADES! More b@lls than anyone in recent history I can think of, except Ron Paul,
Senator from Texas.
No one who has a remnant of Humanity left in them could hate Martin Luther King. Impossible.
2.It is good to take pride in WHATEVER you were born, got going on with ethnicity. It's all good.
Everyone SHOULD love themselves. That is healthy. |

Race matters to the person - it's part of their identity, it's who they are. |
